What we collect

This website has no booking form and no user accounts. If you contact us by phone, on WhatsApp or through Facebook, we receive what you send us (for example your name, phone number, travel dates and message) and use it only to answer you and arrange your stay.

Cookies

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser so we don't ask again. This site doesn't load any analytics or advertising tracking. If that ever changes, it will only load after you accept, and this page will name the service.

The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads; see Google's privacy policy.

Who sees your data

Only Mr Nueng and his family, who run Ao Thong Beach. Messages pass through the service you choose (WhatsApp, Facebook or your phone provider) under their own privacy policies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to arrange and complete your stay, then as long as needed for our records.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp or call +66 87 886 6486.
